Nuria Juncosa born in Barcelona, 1952

Is an all-round artist. Attended the Art Academy and Photography School in Madrid while worked at the studios of Francisco Baron making sculptures with different techniques and materials.
During her years in Madrid, she had a number of solo and collective art expositions and followed a lot of dance courses.

In 1975 moved to The Netherlands. Learned de Dutch Language at the Vrije Universiteit and attended seminaires for a Colloquium Doctum and two years of Literature at the University of Amsterdam. While continued the dance studies and performed in several theatres: Felix Meritis, Ijsbreker, Crea, Melkweg...with different dance groups.

In 1983, during three years, studied at the N.O.S. and at MTNL techniques for TV making.

Attended for another three years the Amsterdam College of the Arts; NFTA (Netherlands Film and Television Academy). Studied screenwriting, drama direction and film editing.

During a long period of years worked in a lot of TV productions as producer, screenwriter, director and editor.

In 1991 moved for a year to de quite live of the countryside in Barcelona and decided to go back to her paintings. Here optimal way of expression.
Since then dedicated most of her time to painting and that culminated in a series of solo and collective Art Expositions.

After a year of intense program, in July 2002, graduated as Web designer at the Graphic Design School in Amsterdam Grafish Lyceum Amsterdam
